Payments
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically until canceled in accordance with the plan terms.
- Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the refund policy presented at checkout or within your purchase confirmation.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access pending resolution.
Course Content
All content is provided for your personal educational use. Unless we explicitly permit it in writing, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from course materials.
- Includes videos, PDFs, templates, lesson text, quizzes, and any accompanying downloads.
- You may not remove watermarks, access controls, or attribution notices.
- Limited excerpts may be shared for review or commentary only where legally allowed and with proper attribution.
Acceptable Conduct
You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully. Misuse may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access.
- No unauthorized access attempts, scanning, scraping, or disruptive automation.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, or doxxing in community spaces.
- No distribution of malware, phishing, or fraudulent links.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloraCraft Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the applicable Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
